Do I need to take a diagnostic test before starting a course?

All of these courses are accessible to students who have reached the end of level B2 of the CECRL.

If you have any doubts about your language
level, do not hesitate to contact the school, which will advise you and propose a solution adapted to your needs.

How and when do I pay?

Payment is direct bank transfer and is due at the time of registration.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your registration up to 8 days before the start of the course. In this case, a deposit of 30€ will be deducted from the refund of your registration to cover administration costs.

Are the Civilization courses given exclusively in French?

For the moment yes, but an English version will be available soon.

Will I be reimbursed if I decide to stop my French courses?

If, for medical or family reasons, you can no longer take the course you registered for, a refund may be considered on a pro-rata basis for courses not already taken.

Do you provide an invoice?

Yes. We provide invoice and payment receipt.

Our school will be soon able to welcome students eligible for the “PTP / CPF de transition” (formerly CIF). Don’t hesitate to contact your firm.

Will I get a diploma at the end of my course?

Our school does not issue national diplomas, but you will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the course, indicating the number of
training hours you attended and the language level required for the course.

Can I register if my level of French is basic or intermediate?

Don’t worry if your level is below B2. Contact us and we will offer you tailored solution that will allow you to improve your command of the language and your knowledge of French culture with private lessons or in small groups (3 – 8 people).
